Hi Carren, I love making green smoothies, my favourite has kale, cucumber, green apple, Almond milk (home made) frozen berries, inca inchi powder and chia seeds. A friend gave me fresh guavas so I tried them instead of berries – delicious! My blender doesn’t blend really well leaving lumps and often blocks up. It was the best I could afford at the time but I’d love a chance to win one which is more efficient. Love listening to you one this podcast as well as Up for a chat. It’s made a huge difference in my life taking from a very sad depressed outlook using food as a huge crutch, to someone who is open to learning new skills and understanding my eating and wellbeing. Thankyou again for sharing your knowledge. I’m so graitful for the day I stumbled across the Up for a chat podcasts, Kathy
Hi Carren my favourite raw recipe is a smoothie 2 handfuls of spinach, 1 frozen banana ( makes it nice and creamy ) 1/2 a apple,1/2 a pear, 1 cm of ginger and 3/4 cup of water. My kids call it Dino juice we love it!!
